Jammie Ragsdale said he took of his shirt, zip-up jacket and hat down in front of the Courthouse in Fort Wayne because it was hot. Police and the bomb squad were then called in for the "suspicious item." The area was blocked off and the buildings on lock down for over an hour until police determined that the item was in fact, just Jammie's clothing.
